About Us
Founded in Lafayette, IN, Robinson's Equine Therapy and Riding is a nonprofit dedicated to creating meaningful, horse-assisted experiences that inspire confidence, connection, and joy. Our inclusive riding program supports individuals of all abilities — especially those with physical, developmental, or emotional challenges — by providing a safe, encouraging environment where growth can flourish in the saddle and beyond.
A Note About Our Services
While our riding sessions are often therapeutic in nature, Robinson’s Equine Therapy and Riding is not a licensed provider of equine-assisted psychotherapy or occupational therapy. Our focus is on adaptive, horse-assisted experiences that promote confidence, connection, and joy for riders of all abilities.
We serve a diverse community of riders — with and without disabilities — offering inclusive, horse-assisted experiences for individuals of all ages. Many of our participants face unique challenges, including physical, developmental, or emotional differences, and our program is designed to support growth, confidence, and connection through riding. While we are not a licensed therapy provider, our sessions are intentionally structured to be both joyful and empowering.

We are a verified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, fully run by volunteers who have a heart for children. You can make a difference today and help us continue to serve children in our community, including those with special needs through therapeutic riding. Every dollar that is donated is tax deductible and goes to the riders and horses that support them!
